(ILE&CEF) is founded as non-profit Organization. The organization is
under 501©. The mission of the ILE&CEF is to offer students the
opportunity to get educated, and to share a different culture with its
community.

International Language Education and Culture Exchange Foundation (ILE&CEF) is founded as non-profit
Organization. The organization is under 501(c)(3). The mission of the ILE&CEF is to offer students the opportunity
to get educated, and to share a different culture with its community. The ILE&CEF services include but not limited
to (1) providing students with great educational opportunities. (2) offering many schools summer camp program as
their fund raising items. The schools can gain donation from these auction items. (3) offering students amazing
experience in other cultures while some of the students might not have a chance to visit some foreign countries and
their cultures due to financial situations.

Since founded, this organization has significantly contributed to
different communities and society. It offers low cost language
studying and opportunity to learn cultures of different countries.
However, The ILE&CEF has never gained any kind of income
from the services it provides. In the future, the ILE&CEF will
continue to offer educational opportunity to more students in
need and effect positive changes to their lives. We will also
diversify our culture sharing activities, initiating cross country
tours for American and Chinese students who are interested in a
different culture.

组织遵循501(c)(3)的规定。它的宗旨是提供学生更多受教
育的机会，与所在社区分享不同的文化。本基金会的服务
包括（但不限于）:
（1）给更多学生提供优质教育。
（2）为许多学校的筹资活动提供免费的夏令营项目作为拍
卖品。
（3）尽管许多学生可能没有机会去游览他国，但是我们的
课程让学生们在课堂上就可以领略和了解不同的文化，开
阔学生们的视野。

自从基金会成立以来，为许多社区的多文化交流做了很大贡献。它提供了免费的语言和文化学习的机
会。尽管如此，基金会并不从它提供的服务里收获利益。将来，基金会将继续提供优质教育机会给更多
有需要的学生，并且希望通过这些努力，能对学生们的未来起到积极的影响。同时，我们也会增加不同
的文化交流活动，组织国际夏令营给对不同文化感兴趣的中美学生很好的交流机会，走出国门领略不同
的风土人情和历史文化。
